The LM 772 soft closing basket has passed a load capacity test with a load of 30 kg, when pulled out completely under even load. A solid and dense bottom mesh can support even larger items. The soft closing basket is manufactured in Finland.
The soft closing baskets are ideal for sliding door cabinets as they withdraw automatically back in the cabinet, and do not stay in front of the doors. The soft closing baskets are also suitable for installation in a hinged cabinet, as the 13 mm raised slides avoids the door.
The basket's design takes into consideration the variation of the cabinet inside dimension by 4 mm. The structure of the slides prevents the basket from colliding with the cabinet back wall or from falling out of slides sidewise or when pulled out. In addition, they will not scratch the cabinet door. Thanks to the dense bottom mesh, items stay better in basket, and the look is completed by cover strips installed on top of the cabinet slides. The basket can be detached from the slides by quick release when needed. The soft closing basket can be fitted with an optional base mat and front mounting kit.
