UPM Formi EcoAce WB40 is a renewable biocomposite with 40% wood fiber and wood waste from ISCC-certified polypropylene. When the emissions and the carbon content are added together, we can see that the material is a carbon storage, and the combined carbon footprint is actually negative!

Wood fibers significantly increase the rigidity and strength of polypropylene.In addition, the material reduces the use of fossil plastics.The material is completely recyclable (material label 7) and it can also be burned as energy waste.
