Janne Lähteenmäki has been appointed as the Factory Director of Lanka ja Muovi Oy on 24.2.2025.
Janne comes from Componenta Castings Oy, where he served as the head of a profit center for several years, responsible for the unit's operational activities. Before Componenta, Janne worked for Purso-Tools Oy for almost ten years in various positions in production, safety, environment and quality.
Janne has a strong experience in effective operational management and development of operations in various business environments. He is methodical, unyielding and people-oriented by nature.
Understanding customer needs is the key to success and he is looking forward to getting to know customers and their needs.
