5 Today, Lanka and Muovi Oy is among the leading manufacturers of plastic coated steel wire pro- ducts in the Northern Europe. Our company emp- loys approximately 50 persons, and the products are still manufactured in our original founding lo- cation in Pori. Eino’s son Harri took over the lead of the company in late 1980s. Today, the company is lead in third generation by Harri’s sons, Aki and Pasi Pohjanlehto. During the company’s long history, many things have changed, but the fundamental idea remains the same as in the year of founding in 1955: high quality products and high customer satisfaction.
